In this interview, she shares her insights into the company’s evolution and what keeps her passionate about iPS after a decade.

Can you tell me about your journey with iPS Powerful People over the past ten years? How has your role evolved during this time?

Bianca: I started in October 2014 on a temporary contract with iPS as a Document Controller, focusing on reducing documents, in the meantime I was searching for another job as an Accounting Officer, but this was very difficult, after 7 months of working as a Document Controller, there was an open vacancy in the Backoffice Department and I started as a Backoffice Employee. The Backoffice department is the support department for all the commercial departments. In 2020, I got the opportunity to become the Senior of the Backoffice and in 2023 we changed the setup of the department and I become Manager Mid-Office.

What do you believe are the most significant changes or developments you’ve witnessed within iPS Powerful People since you joined?

Bianca: One of the most significant changes was to start working with an different program for the Recruitment part of iPS, for my department it was a big improvement in the way of working, much more faster and efficient.

Can you share a particularly challenging project or situation you’ve faced during your time here, and how you overcame it?

Bianca: The most challenging for me was the iPS Reset project, my department completely changed, from supporting  all the commercial departments we changed to support one commercial department, this was a big adjustment for most of the team members, but with a lot of communication and dedication of the team members they managed to become a part of the commercial department they support.

What do you enjoy most about working at iPS Powerful People, and what keeps you motivated after 10 years?

Bianca: The most important thing for me is that I enjoy working at iPS are the colleagues but also when I start my working day I do not know how it looks like because we are a supporting department it depends on what the commercial departments wants us to do, but also that they give the opportunities to keep on developing yourself.

Have you had opportunities for professional development or advancement within the company? If so, can you elaborate on those experiences?

Bianca: I already mentioned that, started with iPS with the idea not to stay, but got the opportunities to eventually become an Manager.

In your opinion, what sets this company apart from others in the industry, and why do you choose to continue your career here?

Bianca: In my opinion they care about their employees, listen what the employees need, celebrate achievements and give the employees the opportunity to keep on developing themselves and that’s why I keep continuing working with iPS.

Looking ahead, what are your aspirations or goals for the future within iPS Powerful People?

Bianca: Keep contributing on a successful iPS Powerful People, that we together are ready for the tomorrow of our clients and candidates.
