The Foro Industrial Portuario was an outstanding event that brought together key players in Mexico’s port and logistics sectors to discuss the future of the industry. This year’s edition was particularly inspiring, with a strong focus on innovation, development, and inclusivity.

One of the most memorable moments of the event was an all-women panel that served as a powerful tribute to the strength and influence of the female workforce in Mexico. Female attendees were invited on stage to celebrate their achievements, showcasing the incredible women who are leading the way in traditionally male-dominated fields. This moment underscored the importance of representation and visibility, highlighting the progress made in breaking down barriers and promoting gender equality in the industry.

Beyond the panel, the event offered valuable opportunities to explore advancements in training and safety. A private tour of RelyOn Nutec’s facilities provided insight into the latest updates and innovations in training programs, reaffirming their status as a trusted supplier for Bosiet and T Huet training. The visit reinforced the commitment to safety and excellence in the sector.

Our colleagues Christian and Laura from our office in Mexico were also in attendance, representing our team and engaging in valuable discussions throughout the event.

Another highlight of the Foro Industrial Portuario was an exclusive dinner organized by Holland House Mexico. The evening featured a special announcement from Carlos Adrián García Bastos, Director General at the Agencia de Energía del Estado de Campeche. He shared exciting news about upcoming projects in the state, signaling new opportunities and growth in the energy sector. These forthcoming developments are sure to make an impact, making it essential to stay tuned for further updates.

Overall, the Foro Industrial Portuario was a remarkable event that not only provided valuable industry insights but also fostered a sense of progress and inclusion. It was a reminder of the transformative power of collaboration, innovation, and representation in shaping the future of Mexico’s port and logistics sectors.
