During the first week of November, the Energy team came together and worked through strategic meetings, skill-building sessions and team-building activities, each of them adding value to the team. Through each discussion, workshop, and brainstorming session, they built a shared vision—one that would carry them into future projects.
Here is the weekly recap of Energy week 2024:
Monday, 04 November – Kickoff and Strategic Sessions
The week kicked off with an energy stand-up session with our Recruiters and Consultants, followed by a MAPSTELL workshop given by our colleague Mireille, highlighting team dynamics and collaboration. In the afternoon the team held their monthly meeting to assess ongoing projects and ended the day with a Mid-Office session by our colleague Bianca.
Tuesday, 05 November – Deepening Team Dynamics
At 10am the team participated in a general cooperation session by our Operations Managers Carina and Christian, this session was a reminder of how effective collaboration and inter-departmental communication can drive project success. As the day went on, the team took part in a ProSea inspiration session, where environmental impacts and sustainability were highlighted and a workshop given by co-worker Maurice about our internal system. Ending the day with a team bonding bootcamp.
Wednesday, 06 November – Expansion and External Engagement
The Energy team had various sessions and workshops on Wednesday. The morning started with a feedback session given by our colleague Klitis, after lunch break the team had a session about a“way of working”, followed by “why numbers matter”, wrapping up the day with a brainstorm workshop.
Thursday, 07 November – Strategic Planning and Team Building
On Thursday, the Energy Team worked together most of the day, strengthening internal relationship. In the afternoon the team had Spido boat tour and ended the day with a nice dinner.
Friday, 08 November– Reflecting and Wrapping Up the Week
The week concluded with a vessel visit where team members had hand-on experience to enhance project understanding, afterwards everyone came together for final discussions to recap achievements and lessons learned during this productive week.
Through strategic sessions and workshops given by our Recruiters and Consultants, team-building experience and practical learning, the team strengthened their bond and gained valuable insights that will help drive future projects!
The Energy Week wrapped up with the team feeling more connected, focused, and prepared for what’s next.
