Maritime Week 2025 unfolded as a vibrant and enriching journey, bringing together colleagues, creativity, and collaboration in a week filled with purposeful activities and memorable moments. Here’s a look back at the highlights of this dynamic week:

 

Monday: Setting sail

The week began with a warm welcome and an introduction by our colleagues Sylvia, Konstantin, and Stefanos, setting the tone for the days ahead. Mireille led a compelling MapsTelling training session, equipping participants with new tools for storytelling and communication.

 

After a refreshing lunch break, the afternoon was dedicated to focused working time, culminating in a unique feedback session. This included a presentation by Sylvia and a creative card game that encouraged constructive feedback in a fun and engaging way.

 

Tuesday: Navigating together

Tuesday opened with a Maritime Meeting, followed by a productive morning of working time. The afternoon emphasized teamwork with a session on Working Together, fostering collaboration and shared goals.

 

The day concluded with a cultural highlight — a visit to the Maritime Museum, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands — offering inspiration and a deeper appreciation for maritime heritage.

 

 

Wednesday: Full steam ahead

A brief morning meeting kicked off a day of intensive collaboration. The team worked closely throughout the morning and early afternoon, building momentum and camaraderie.

 

After lunch, the energy shifted to celebration with a presentation by Konstantin and a lively karaoke session — a perfect blend of reflection and fun.

 

Thursday: Anchoring ideas

Thursday featured the Monthly Maritime Meeting, where key updates and strategic discussions took place. The rest of the day was dedicated to continued teamwork, with ample time for collaboration and idea-sharing.

 

The evening brought everyone together for a delightful dinner, offering a chance to unwind, connect, and enjoy great food in good company.

 

Friday: A fond farewell

The final day began with a Maritime Meeting. After one last shared lunch, the Baltic offices began their journey home, marking the end of a successful and fulfilling Maritime Week.
