Your Mission:

As a Jr. Consultant Payroll, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-notch payroll solutions to our clients. Reporting to the Sr. Consultant Payroll, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payroll requests accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sr. Consultant Payroll to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Working in close cooperation with Mid-Office department in order to process all payroll assignments with the highest (administrative-) quality;
  • Advising and consulting clients and candidates on payroll-related matters.
  • Developing and enhancing internal payroll procedures in coordination with various departments and international offices.
  • Representing our company professionally in all interactions.
  • Actively participating in initiatives that contribute to the growth of our organization.
  • Upholding iPS company values and executing tasks with operational excellence.


  • Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
  • Relevant education and/or experience at the higher vocational education level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Flexibility.

  • Initial Screening with Corporate Recruiter (A telephone or Teams interview to assess basic qualifications).

  • Reference Check (Verification of qualifications and work history through minimum of a 2 references).
  • Face-to-face interview with Director (Assessment of alignment with company goals and culture).
  • Job Offer (A formal job offer with terms and conditions).
  • Onboarding and Integration (Welcome and integration of the new employee into the organization).
