Are you ready for a challenging leadership role on a large-scale breakwater project? We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the reconstruction of a breakwater in Northwest France. This is a hands-on role, requiring expertise in rockworks, team-management, and project coordination.
Function description
- Lead daily operations on-site
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep the project on track
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement efficient solutions
- Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within scope
Requirements
- Proven experience in breakwater construction and rockworks
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a high-paced environment
- Fluent in Dutch & English (Dutch or French proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule in France
