Function description
Role Overview:
- Oversee the daily organization and operational planning of dredging activities.
- Manage production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve maximum productivity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
- Coordinate all logistics for personnel and equipment, adhering to safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- A degree/master's in Engineering from a recognized university,
- Strong planning, organizational skills, and a keen interest in dredging,
- High flexibility, excellent prioritization, and strong communication skills,
- Willingness to work on international projects in a rotation system
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
