We are seeking for skilled and motivated Sandfield Masters to join our team on Sandfield's all across the world. The role entails overseeing the overall management and supervision of operations of sand extraction and dredging activities. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient and safe operations, maintaining equipment, managing personnel, and complying with environmental and safety regulations.
Function description
- Oversee daily dredging operations, including the extraction and transport of sand.
- Monitor and optimize dredging processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to plan and implement operational strategies.
- Supervise, assign tasks and lead dredge operators and crew.
- Ensure proper maintenance and repair of dredging equipment.
Requirements
- Having a valid passport.
- Several years of experience in this position.
- English communication skills.
- Accreditation certificate of a Sandfield Master.
