Function description
- Manage and maintain all company and vendor IT equipment onshore and offshore.
- Supervise VSAT, software, and IT hardware rental contracts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for office and vessel users.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user accounts.
- Install and update software, hardware, and antivirus systems.
- Resolve network and server access issues for end users.
- Coordinate with domain and hardware vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain and improve IT policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of information and operational systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good command of the English language.
- Experience with software installation and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT budgeting and digitalization planning.
