Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de maritieme en offshore industrie, zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Officer.

Functie omschrijving

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor HR administratie, het beheren van ticket systemen en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen. Je werkt in een dynamische projectomgeving met veel tijdelijke medewerkers.


Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren en afhandelen van HR-tickets
  • Uitvoeren van alle HR-administratieve taken
  • Ondersteunen van interne teams en tijdelijke medewerkers
  • Zorgen voor een soepel verloop van HR-processen


Functie vereisten

Wat breng je mee?

  • Ervaring met HR-administratie en ticket systemen
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en communicatief sterk
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en teamspeler
  • Beschikbaar op korte termijn
