Main Functions:
- Organizing all necessary travel-related arrangements for personnel including visas;
- Maintaining contact with L&D colleagues regarding the compliance of planned personnel;
- Informing individual crew members on their travel schedules and appointed Vessel / Project;
- Ensuring proper personnel planning within the framework planning;
- Updating the Crew Management System with relevant data;
- Being a member of the emergency phone team for urgent crew-related issues outside office hours.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience;
- HBO degree in Personnel Management or equivalent;
- Prepared to and able to work outside of traditional hours ;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Valid EU work permit a must
