Function description
As a Controller, you will oversee all financial aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory reporting, and managing joint venture accounting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing, controlling, and providing insights on operational targets and KPIs.
- Supervising and maintaining quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Monitoring local processes, policies, and controls to strengthen internal governance.
- Developing proposals to optimize economic resources.
- Executing cost controls, preparing monthly cost estimates, and updating SAP structures promptly and accurately.
- Coordinating budget preparation, forecasting, and variance tracking.
- Coordinating joint venture audits.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Finance is a plus).
- Over five years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector within the financial area.
- Background as a Project Controller, Operations Controller, or Business Analyst.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Oil & Gas Accounting standards (IFRS / local NIIF).
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
