We are hiring a Onshore HSSE Engineer to lead and support Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental initiatives across multiple offshore and onshore locations. You will play a key role in promoting safety culture, monitoring performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Function description
As Onshore HSSE Engineer, you will:
- Drive leadership and safety culture improvements.
- Develop and deploy HSSE campaigns and programs.
- Monitor HSSE KPIs and incident trends.
- Lead and participate in incident investigations.
- Act as HSSE Manager for major offshore projects.
- Support internal and client audits.
- Ensure proper management of changes and deviations.
- Mentor and coach local HSSE teams.

Requirements
- Engineering degree in HSSE, Technical Safety or Safety & Loss Prevention.
- Strong technical/operational experience with HSSE qualifications.
- Knowledge of HSSE procedures and international regulations.
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and regions.
- Proactive, analytical, and hands-on mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- PowerBI proficiency is a plus.
