We are looking for a Facilities Engineer with strong technical expertise in offshore operations and asset integrity. You will be responsible for coordinating technical support, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving continuous improvement across marine units.
Function description
As Facilities Engineer, you will:
- Coordinate and advise on technical matters related to designated marine units.
- Support offshore teams in performance reviews and corrective actions.
- Ensure implementation of Asset Integrity programs and Management System (GEMS).
- Participate in risk assessments and hazard analyses.
- Monitor and close out Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Contribute to incident investigations and offshore repair projects.
- Liaise with classification societies and subcontractors.
- Support technical audits and follow-up actions.
- Assist in maintenance budget development and control.

Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Marine or Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas (Upstream/Downstream), preferably in offshore/FPSO operations.
- General knowledge of Process Safety Management.
- Strong communication skills in English (must-have)
- Autonomous, team-oriented, and highly organized.
