Short description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer with a strong background in offshore operations (FPSO preferred) to support the safe, efficient, and continuous functioning of our facilities. This role is critical to ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and driving technical and organizational improvements across onshore and offshore assets.
Function description
As Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating between offshore facilities, engineering teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ensuring safety, integrity, and performance of the operating facility.
- Acting as Emergency Responder for major incidents.
- Analyzing technical and financial data to propose improvements.
- Developing and implementing annual and multi-year operations plans.
- Reporting to management teams and supporting business process improvements.
- Responding to client queries and proposing optimization initiatives.
- Bridging gaps across support functions (HSSE, logistics, procurement, HR, finance).

Requirements
- Marine qualification (Master or Chief Engineer) or equivalent technical/engineering degree.
- Minimum 5 years with an offshore contracting or construction company, or 2 years of offshore operational experience.
- Proven experience in offshore/FPSO operations.
- Strong communication skills in English (must-have).
- Autonomous, team-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel with flexibility.
