Function description
As a Project Manager, you will be directly reporting to Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete 'Scope of Works' for subsea cable projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead and manage project teams, coordinate with various departments to ensure adequate resources, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your role will also involve handling financial aspects, cost control, business development as well as ensuring that all work complies with industry standards and regulations. Working closely with Sales & Contract Management, you will focus on delivering successful project outcomes while identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and execution.
Requirements
- Experience in business development in the offshore industry.
- Strong background in offshore wind farm projects.
- HBO-level education with a relevant technical background.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
