Function description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Officer with a minimum of 2-years experience in this position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maritime leadership and operations, ensuring the safe and efficient management of the vessel. Important note: we are in need of a specific profiles who do not hold DP licence and have experience onboard non-DP vessels.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, company policies; as well as leading and training the deck crew, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Assistance to the Master in day-to-day operations and stand in when required is part of the job. On top of that, as a Chief Officer o non-DP vessel, you monitor and manage maintenance and safety checks for all deck equipment and systems; ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for cargo, safety, and navigation.

Requirements:
- Valid Chief Officer license (STCW compliant).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Chief Officer role.
- Experience on vessels without DP systems only.
- Seafarer's Medical.
- BOSIET/HUET with CA-EBS.
- Seaman's book and EU passport.
