Function description
At iPS Powerful People, we are always on the lookout for talented professionals to join our pool for future offshore projects. While we do not have a specific job opening at the moment, we are proactively building a pool of qualified candidates who are ready to mobilize quickly for upcoming opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rigging and lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Secure loads using ropes, chains, pulleys, and other rigging devices.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of rigging gear.
- Assist with general deck duties such as maintenance, painting, and cleaning.
- Participate in watchkeeping duties and ensure vessel safety.
- Assist with mooring and unmooring operations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as AB/Rigger in the offshore industry.
- Relevant offshore certifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks in challenging environments.
