Short description
We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to support international equipment shipments from the Middle East to Europe. This is a full-time, long-term position with growth potential.
Function description
You will coordinate logistics for equipment built in Saudi Arabia/Dubai and shipped to the Netherlands and other European destinations. Your tasks include:
- Organizing and tracking shipments
- Handling documentation and customs requirements
- Performing basic quality control related to logistics
- Visiting shipyards occasionally to oversee processes
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Starter experience in logistics (education in logistics is acceptable)
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in the office at least 2 days per week
- Interest in international logistics and willingness to learn
