Function description
As an HDD Rig Operator you will drive our client’s brand new HK45 compact rigs. Your main tasks will be:
- Operate and maintain the HK150 and 500-ton rig equipment,
- Ensure the drilling installations are in good conditions and run smoothly,
- Perform regular inspections of the equipment,
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of drilling equipment,
- Coordinate the excavation process and report to the site engineer,
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
For this job, you need to have:
- Right to work in the European Union (mandatory),
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2) (mandatory),
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the construction or tunnelling sector,
- Knowledge of HDD drilling techniques and equipment,
