Are you a Site Manager with experience in a trenchless project? Then this is the project for you! Come join our team for a 6 month project in Belgium an Germany.
Function description
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop and implement the projects;
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Oversee daily operations on site;
- Monitor ground conditions, slurry systems and machinery performance;
- Supervise the site team, including Operator, Technician and Laborers;
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards;
- Maintain daily records of site activities, equipment and progress reports.
Requirements
For this job, you need to have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager with at least 2 years in micro tunnelling or trenchless construction projects;
- Expertise in micro tunnelling equipment (i.e., slurry systems, AVN equipment);
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic site conditions;
- Safety management certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.
