Function description
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead daily briefings with drilling crews, ensuring clarity on tasks and safety protocols.
- Supervise HDD operations to align with bore path design and site conditions.
- Report daily progress, challenges, and equipment performance to project managers.
- Ensure proper documentation of drilling parameters and as-built data
- Monitor fluid usage and compliance with environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support safe, efficient on-site operations
Requirements
For this job, you need to have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Manager with at least 2 years in trenchless construction (preferably Horizontal Directional Drilling);
- Expertise in micro tunnelling equipment (i.e., slurry systems, AVN equipment);
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic site conditions;
- Safety management certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.
- High proficiency in English or/and Polish.
