Function description
- Being responsible for the day-to-day operations, all schedule-related- and vessel budget-related matters;
- Preparing and coordinating project operational aspects and port calls in the most effective and efficient manner;
- Ensuring adequate follow-up of problems encountered by the vessels offshore;
- Coordinating all onshore support to the vessels during execution of the offshore work. Coordinating and reporting all offshore vessels movements;
- Providing tender input;
- Liaising with logistics department and assisting with logistic process optimisation;
- Liaising with crewing department to ensure a smooth manning of the assigned vessel;
- Providing support with port calls in preparation for offshore execution and mobilisations.
Requirements
- BSc / MSc Nautical degree, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in an offshore or marine environment;
- Results-driven, decisive, hands-on mentality and flexible personality;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Willingness to travel.
