Fifteen years ago, Kulvinder Nandra embarked on her professional journey with iPS as a Junior Accounting Officer, marking her first full-time role after graduation. Today, she proudly holds the position of Senior Accounting Officer, a testament to her hard work, adaptability, and commitment to growth.

A Career Built on Progress and Learning

Kulvinder’s evolution at iPS reflects a steady climb fueled by continuous learning and embracing new challenges. “Over the years, I gained valuable experience within the accounting team, gradually taking on more responsibilities. This growth eventually led me to my current role,” she shares. Her story is one of perseverance and passion for her craft.

Witnessing Transformation

In her 15-year tenure, Kulvinder has seen iPS undergo remarkable changes. From office relocations signaling company growth to the automation and digitalization of processes, the transformation has been significant. “Tasks that were once manual and time-consuming have become streamlined and efficient,” she notes. The shift toward flexibility in working days and hours, especially post-COVID, has also enhanced work-life balance, a change she deeply values.

Overcoming Challenges

One of Kulvinder’s proudest achievements was leading the digitalization of the purchasing process. “When I joined, this involved printing documents, stamping, and physically collecting authorizations. Today, the entire process is fully digital, saving time and reducing errors,” she explains. Not only has the purchasing process been completely transformed, but the reporting has also improved, and the way we close the administration periodically has changed as well. Over the years, iPS has grown significantly, with more and more international offices being added. As a result, the financial side has also become increasingly challenging.
Being part of this transformation was both demanding and rewarding.

What Makes iPS Special

For Kulvinder, the dynamic nature of iPS keeps her work exciting. “No two days are ever the same. I am constantly learning and growing,” she says. The stability within her department and the supportive team environment have made her journey even more fulfilling. Opportunities for continuous development have been a cornerstone of her experience.

Reflecting on her career, Kulvinder feels proud of the many improvements achieved alongside her team. “Together, we have built strong foundations and successfully adapted to new ways of working. Seeing the positive impact of these changes gives me a great sense of accomplishment.”

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Kulvinder’s world revolves around her family. She spends evenings and weekends cheering for her daughters, Ekam at football and Ravleen at Jiu-Jitsu. “I love spending quality time with my family, going shopping, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures,” she says. Creating lasting memories is what she values most.
