This year, we proudly celebrate a remarkable milestone: Miriam Sánchez’s 10-year anniversary at iPS Powerful People. Over the past decade, Miriam has played an essential role in the growth of our finance operations and the development of our iPS Mexico office. Her journey is one of dedication, continuous growth, and unwavering commitment to our mission.

A Decade of Growth

Miriam began her career at iPS as an Accounting Assistant. With determination and a strong desire to grow, she developed the skills and knowledge needed to support an accounting department that was rapidly evolving alongside the company. Always aligned with the mission and vision of iPS, she not only advanced professionally but also experienced meaningful personal development.

“What I value most is how I’ve been able to grow in sync with the company,” Miriam shares. “It has been a positive journey that has shaped who I am today.”

Witnessing Transformation

In her 10 years with iPS, Miriam has seen the company transform in many ways. One of the most significant changes has been the improvement in communication and organizational structure across all offices. She highlights how iPS Mexico has earned increasing trust and strategic importance within the organization.

“It’s great to see how all offices are truly taken into account,” she says. “iPS Mexico has been empowered to generate new business and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success.”

Rising to Challenges

Reflecting on her most challenging moments, Miriam points to the relocation of the office, the structuring of departments, and the start of a new chapter for iPS Mexico under the leadership of Christian, Anniek, and Maria. These major transitions tested the team’s adaptability, a challenge Miriam tackled with determination and teamwork.

What She Enjoys Most

For Miriam, the heart of iPS lies in its people.
“I enjoy the work environment and the kindness of all my colleagues,” she says. “The challenges we face together and the goals we achieve as a team make the work incredibly rewarding.”
