Sometimes, it’s the small moments that say the most. A sharp sprint during the warm-up, a perfectly played pass, or laughter echoing from the sidelines. Week after week, this girls’ team comes together not only to train, but to grow, as players and as a team. And we are proud to support them as iPS.

Their energy is contagious. Training is intense, but there’s always room for fun. Each player brings her own strengths, and it’s exactly that mix that makes the team stronger. Not every match goes smoothly, but it’s those tougher moments that push them forward the most.

That growth became clear on March 21, when they faced the league leaders. In a strong performance, they secured a convincing win and took over first place, a turning point in the season. Since then, the focus has been clear: keep building, keep improving.

And it shows. While other teams dropped points, they stayed consistent. Today, they lead the standings by eight points, a well-earned result of hard work and dedication.

Earlier this year, the team had already proven their level by finishing third at the district championships. This achievement earned them a place at the Dutch National Championships, where they will compete with top teams from across the country. A great milestone and recognition of their progress.

What stands out most is their mindset. Discipline, resilience, and above all, enjoying the game together. That’s what drives them, day in, day out.

With the championship race in full swing and the Dutch Nationals ahead, the season promises an exciting finish. But whatever happens next, one thing is certain: this team will keep moving forward, together.
