Function Description

The Maritime Client Success Specialist serves as the primary day-to-day contact for customers following system implementation. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, training, account management, product adoption, and ongoing support. The role works closely with vessel crews, shore-side personnel, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure customers effectively utilize the company's technology and receive a high level of service.

Requirements

Key Requirements

2-4 years of maritime, vessel operations, customer support, or related experience
Maritime academy education, licensed deck/engine officer experience, or equivalent vessel operations background preferred
Experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer-facing support
Working knowledge of maritime operations and vessel systems
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
Comfortable learning and supporting technical software and hardware solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or maritime software experience is a plus
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Valid passport preferred
