After the webshop closes, all orders will be processed. From that point, it will take approximately one month for your order to be delivered. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace link.

After logging into the webshop, you can update your address under the 'Address Change' section.

If you lose your login details, you can email: lars@yourworkwear.nl with a request to receive your contact details.

If you have not received the activation email, first check your spam folder. If the email is not there, please contact lars@yourworkwear.nl.

The webshop is open twice a year: during the first two weeks of February and November.

When the webshop opens, you will have approximately two weeks to place your order. On the day the webshop goes live, you will receive an email with further instructions.

• Log in with your email address and the password from the email you received. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder.
• Click on ‘Go to webshop.’
• Select your items by entering the quantity.
• Click on ‘Next Step’ to fill in your details.

Any unused coins will automatically roll over to the next period when the webshop is live. Note: Coins will automatically expire on December 31st.

 

The coins remaining from the loyalty program in November 2024 will expire after the February loyalty program this year. The coins you earn this year can be redeemed in November. After that, all coins will expire, and a new balance of coins will start accumulating from that point onward.

The number of coins is based on the number of working days. Weekends and travel days are not included. Coins accumulate between the periods when the webshop is open. Any unused coins will automatically roll over to the next period. Note: Coins will automatically expire on December 31st.
