Ali Al Ghanim’s leadership reflects precision, courage, and clarity. By aligning the company’s direction with the region’s accelerated growth, he is creating a brand synonymous with innovation, regional dominance, and future-readiness. His actions demonstrate the kind of leadership that doesn’t wait for the future. It builds it.

Ali Al Ghanim recognized the rapid transformation taking place in Saudi Arabia. The surge of economic growth, the acceleration of development, and the shifting business landscape. Seeing an opportunity, he made a decisive move, creating Power Summit as an umbrella entity, positioning it at the center of this evolving market. Under his leadership as Regional General Manager, iPS Powerful People for Human Resource Services and iPS Powerful People for Contracting Services were established in Saudi Arabia, while iPS Nexus Management Services was founded in Bahrain.

These four entities formed the backbone of an ambitious and ever-growing business empire. Achieving this level of success within just six years was no small feat. The challenges were immense, especially in 2019, when the global pandemic disrupted industries worldwide. However, Ali’s unwavering belief in himself, his team, and the vision of Saudi Arabia’s leadership gave him the resilience to push forward. He cultivated a culture of trust and strategic networking, understanding that in the Middle East, success is deeply connected to relationships and reputation.

His influence extended beyond business operations. As a recognized member of the Asharqia Chamber of Commerce, the Saudi-Bahraini Business Council, and the Saudi- Netherlands Business Community, his network and contributions spanned multiple industries. Additionally, he is actively involved with the IRO Committee (BNBN – Bahrain Netherlands Business Network) and SPE KSA & International (Society of Petroleum Engineering). His expertise and leadership have also earned him a position as an Advisory Board Member at the EIC Committee (Energy Industrial Council) and the distinction of being the first Saudi and the first global ambassador for the EIC Committee. Through these roles, he strengthened his position within the global business ecosystem.
