Recently, our colleagues Christian and Daniela had the pleasure of attending Energy Day 2025, hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. Held at the vibrant Papalote Museo del Niño in Mexico City, the event brought together over 30 influential voices from across the energy sector to explore the future of energy in Mexico.
The day was filled with insightful discussions on innovation, sustainability, and strategic collaboration. Key topics included the proposed National Energy Commission, Pemex’s 2025–2035 strategy, and the role of digital transformation in accelerating the energy transition.
British companies reaffirmed their commitment to investing in Mexico’s energy landscape, highlighting the importance of regulatory certainty and public-private partnerships. With over $5.1 billion invested in the past five years, the UK continues to be a key partner in Mexico’s journey toward a more sustainable and secure energy future.
For iPS, it was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders, gain valuable insights, and explore how we can contribute to shaping the future of energy in the region.
We’re proud to be part of these important conversations and look forward to continuing our support for innovation and collaboration in the global energy sector.
