During International Week 2026, colleagues from our international offices came together in the Netherlands under the theme Winning Together. The week focused on three key principles.

We started at the iPS Headquarters with interactive team-building activities that strengthened connections and highlighted the importance of working together. The day also included business-focused sessions, a delicious Surinamese lunch prepared by our colleague Lorraine, and an evening of networking and socialising in Dordrecht.

The following days highlighted our ongoing commitment to leadership, teamwork, and growth. While our teams already achieve great results together, the workshops and discussions provided an opportunity to share successes, learn from one another, and explore ways to become even stronger. The sessions generated valuable insights, strengthened connections, and reinforced a shared ambition to keep raising the bar for ourselves and our organization.

Later in the week, attention shifted to commercial performance and future opportunities. Sessions on commercial mindset, talent attraction and business development reinforced our ambition to deliver value to both clients and professionals

We concluded the week at Outdoor Valley with a team escape challenge and BBQ. The activity perfectly reflected the spirit of Winning Together, requiring teamwork, communication and problem-solving to succeed.

International Week 2026 once again demonstrated the value of bringing colleagues together from different countries and backgrounds. By sharing knowledge, supporting one another and working towards common goals, we continue to strengthen our international organization.
