Function description

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the main point of contact for all warehouse-related matters, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Managing product receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
• Implementing efficient processes to maximize productivity.
• Overseeing inventory levels and stock replenishment.
• Leading and training the warehouse team for optimal performance.
• Supervising warehouse activities for the earth-moving division to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Educational background in Mechanical/Automotive/Machine Engineering or similar field, or relevant experience equivalent to an A2 diploma in (auto) mechanics.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, ideally working with heavy earth-moving machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
• Proven ability to independently manage daily warehouse activities.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and skilled in prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Excellent analytical, administrative, and collaborative skills.
• Competent in using MS Office applications.
