Function description
- Lead Agile teams in setting project goals, overseeing engineering deliverables, with a focus on heavy lift operations and equipment.
- Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project success, particularly in heavy lift engineering.
- Manage and prioritize engineering tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, especially in the context of heavy lift operations.
- Foster collaboration and adaptability within the team to optimize outcomes, leveraging heavy lift expertise.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of offshore engineering experience, with a focus on heavy lift operations.
- Willingness to travel and work offshore.
- Proficiency in English, strong communication skills.
- Passion for offshore and renewable energy advancements.
Because of the job location, an EU citizenship or work/residency permit in The Netherlands is required.
