We are seeking an Engineer to join our client's dynamic team at a leading company in the marine equipment sector.
Function description
As an Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department, contributing to various Computer-Aided Design and Engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and develop 2D and 3D digital models of specialised marine equipment.
- Participate in engineering initiatives for product enhancement and advancement.
- Assist in feasibility studies and code assessments following established industry regulations.
- Assist in the drafting of material and design specifications.
- Apply engineering insights to enhance drawings and procedures.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (HBO / WO) in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Offshore Engineering.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Autocad and Inventor, as well as FEM software.
- Preferred 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the Maritime Offshore industry.
