Function description
In addition to typical HR Administrative Manager responsibilities, preference will be given to candidates with experience in maritime, offshore, engineering consultancy, oil and gas, or shipping industries. The role requires familiarity with local employment laws, global organizational dynamics, recruitment expertise, proficiency in office administration and IT systems, payroll management, and knowledge of relevant legislation and standards. Fluency in Arabic is a must.
Requirements
- HR experience within the Middle East and expertise in regional employment laws.
- Experience in a global organization.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience, including recruitment.
- General knowledge of Office Administration with ERP familiarity and IT systems.
- Proficiency in payroll management.
- Familiarity with Legislation and Standards for the area of responsibility.
- Fluency in Arabic is a must.
