Function description

This role requires a versatile HR professional with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of different client organizations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to deliver high-quality HR solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop project plans to address them.
• Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Assist clients in recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support clients in conducting training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of HR activities and client interactions.
• Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Because of the project locations an EU citizenship is required.
