Function description

As a IT Leader, you will be performing the following activities:

• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and policies.

• Be a leader and focal point in Mexico business and represent the global IT organization.

• Work with the local organization and the central IT teams to align budget and strategy

and support the execution measures.

• Create IT cost transparency, covering and combining global as well as local costs

• Facilitate alignment between local operation and IT on demand for IT, digital and data

activities.

• Actively engage in business consulting and enablement as well as local requirements

management in line with E2E Teams.

• In alignment with IT Infrastructure Services, ensure availability of local onsite support

service resources.

• If applicable, source hardware locally and manages stocks.

• Contribute to IT delivery services processes (e.g., knowledge, problem, incident and

service request management) with local input.

• Support in monitoring of local IT services and collaboratively resolve events.

• Contribute to the infrastructure and platform operations by clearly defining local

requirements to central teams.

• Manage and if applicable, process service requests.

• In alignment with central governance, manage locally sourced providers or global

providers with local delivery.

• Support change and communication as well as information security campaigns locally.

Requirements

In addition to having experience in this area, we have the following requirements:

• University degree, preferably Master degree, in the fields of Information Technology or IT/Information Security , Business Information Management or Administration.
• Over 10 years of experience working in the field of IT and preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Advance English
