Function description
As a Production Coordinator, you will be performing the following activities:
- Responsible for the safe, sustainable and profitable production of oil and gas at all operating facilities, from wells to final delivery to third-party plants;
- Tracking and optimizing production from downhole to surface facilities;
- Evaluate the need for chemical injection in the field (kerosene inhibitors, de-emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and general chemicals);
- Responsible for the preparation and communication of regular production reports;
- Develop and comply with the annual operating budgets (OPEX) that are the responsibility of the position;
- Identify with the subsurface team the needs of interventions with steel line equipment (physical measurement, change of gas lift valves, mechanical cleaning, etc.);
- Monthly and annual presentation of information, provide technical support to process safety, environmental and water studies associated with processes with the authorities (ASEA, CNH).

Requirements
In addition to having experience in this area, we have the following requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Chemical, Industrial or related technical discipline);
- 10 - 15 years of experience in the position or similar (min 8 years leading personnel): production operations, maintenance, production engineering, production facilities, well interventions (wireline unit, wireline, coiled tubing, pulling, flush by, workover);
- Knowledge of production operations and engineering, maintenance, well interventions, surface facilities and logistics;
- Understanding of financial and business concepts related to the oil and gas industry, and knowledge of project economic evaluation tools;
- Knowledge of local health, safety and environmental regulations and labor legislation.
