We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer Manager with a strong background in reliability engineering and maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving equipment reliability improvements, managing failure analysis, and implementing total plant reliability systems.
Function description
The Reliability Engineer Manager will lead efforts to improve the reliability of critical equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include identifying bad actors, deploying the FRACAS system, conducting root cause analysis using systems like Taproot, and developing Total Plant Reliability Management (TPRM) Systems. The incumbent will propose and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with Best Maintenance Practices, ensuring equipment history, damage codes, and root cause analyses are well documented.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering or preferably Mechanical Engineering
- Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in root cause analysis (e.g., Taproot)
- Proficient in identifying bad actors and implementing FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System)
- Experience in proposing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with Best Maintenance Practices
