We are searching for an experienced Electrician to join an offshore project in Europe.

Function description

As a Ship's Electrician, you are a professional who is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems onboard of the Crane vessel. You work under the final responsibility of the Chief Engineer in charge of electrotechnical equipment.  A Ship's Electrician executes regular maintenance and repairs, resolves electrotechnical related problems, as well as optimizes and improves the electrotechnical systems. You provide support to the Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer with all electrotechnical duties and work in a safe, maritime correct and environmentally responsible manner together with the Chief Engineer and the engine room watch shift. You know how to maintain the safety and environmental regulations on the assigned equipment at all times. 

Requirements

To qualify for this job, see the below requirements: 

·      Work Experience as a Ship's Electrician;

·      STCW certification;

·      BOSIET (FOET) with CA+EBS;

·      OGUK and MLC medicals;

·      Good level of English.
