We are looking for a Mechanic for a drilling jack-up!
Function description
Your day-to-day job:
- Assist the Chief Mechanic with the efficient, safe running and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and ancillary equipment and deck machinery on board the unit.
- Maintain the filing system within his area of responsibility and in accordance with the company policies.
- Accurately maintaining logs for all unit related equipment, such as engine room equipment, and electrical, deck machinery and equipment, hull and catering facilities.
- Any other duties as directed by the Barge Master / OIM.
Requirements
What are the requirements?
- Offshore Medical;
- BOSIET & CA-EBS;
- VCA or MIST;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English in both verbal and written.
