Function description
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects according to relevant management systems, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, operation, and HSE.
- Oversee all activities, ensuring synchronization among team members and subcontractors. Monitor progress, manage timelines, and adhere to the project plan.
- Develop and implement the project execution plan. Adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, authorities, and subcontractors. Maintain strong relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with discipline leads to establish a multi-disciplinary team.
- Supervise preparation of as-built documentation and prepare project close out reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ offshore installation experience
- Minimum 3 years in a (project) management position
- Extensive experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent contractual, negotiation and people management skills
- Self-motivated, with a proven record of accomplishment of commercial success
- Willingness to travel
- Full fluency in English, Dutch a plus
