As a Business Development Manager, you must be able to:

Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for business development manager-trenchless in the UK market.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers to understand industry trends and potential projects. This also applies to existing clients.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute annual business development goals.
Coordinate marketing efforts to promote company products and services to old and new clients.

For this job, you should be able to demonstrate:

Complete understanding of UK trenchless market dynamics,
Knowledge of HDD technology is a plus,
Proven track record in business development within the tunnelling industry,
Having a strong grasp of company capabilities and industry trends for effective client engagement,
Proficient in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Salesforce for data management and analysis,
Eye for attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation,
UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
