At iPS Powerful People, we believe that sustainable growth is built on the strength of people. Every milestone we achieve is the result of dedication, resilience, and the collective efforts of our teams, partners, and clients around the world.
Today, we are proud to announce a significant achievement in our journey. iPS Powerful People has been recognised at the World Energy Supply Chain Awards (WESCA) 2026 in the Service & Solutions category, marking an important moment in our continued commitment to supporting the global energy industry.
A Journey Defined by Resilience and Growth
This recognition represents more than a single achievement. It reflects years of adapting to industry challenges, embracing change, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of our clients across the energy sector.
Earlier this year, in June 2026, the Energy Industries Council (EIC) featured iPS Powerful People in its Survive & Thrive series through an interview with Ali Al-Ghanem. The series highlights organisations that have successfully navigated challenges and transformed adversity into opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term success. The feature explored iPS Powerful People’s growth journey, resilience, diversification strategy, and role in supporting the evolving energy supply chain in Saudi Arabia. Companies featured through the Survive & Thrive initiative are automatically entered into the World Energy Supply Chain Awards (WESCA) programme, making the recognition a significant milestone in itself. Further strengthening our relationship with the EIC, Ali Al-Ghanem also participated in an EIC event at the Asharqia Chamber in June 2026, joining a panel discussion focused on energy market disruption and supply chain resilience.
Recognition on the Global Stage
The journey continued when iPS Powerful People was shortlisted for the World Energy Supply Chain Awards (WESCA) 2026 in two categories:
- Resilience & Optimisation
- Service & Solutions
Being selected as a finalist by an independent judging panel represented an important recognition of the work carried out by our teams across the organisation. It reflected our commitment to delivering value to clients and partners while continuously strengthening our position within the global energy supply chain.
Being shortlisted alongside leading companies from across the international energy sector was already a proud achievement. The culmination came in October 2026, when iPS Powerful People was recognised at the World Energy Supply Chain Awards 2026 in the Service & Solutions category. The award ceremony took place aboard the historic Queen Elizabeth 2 in Dubai, bringing together leading organisations from the global energy, service, and supply chain industries.
On behalf of iPS Powerful People, Ali Al-Ghanem, Co-Founder and Regional General Manager, proudly accepted the award. While the recognition was received on stage by one representative, it belongs to every member of the iPS team whose professionalism, expertise, and commitment contributed to this achievement.
Supporting the Vision for the Future
Over the years, iPS Powerful People has evolved from providing operational workforce support to becoming a strategic partner for organisations operating in complex and rapidly changing markets.
This evolution aligns closely with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on economic diversification, innovation, talent development, and sustainable growth. Through our continued investment in people, recruitment expertise, and workforce solutions, we remain committed to supporting the long-term development of the energy sector both within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the region. Their trust and partnership continue to inspire us to raise industry standards and create opportunities for skilled professionals across the global energy supply chain.
Looking Ahead
From being featured in the EIC’s Survive & Thrive series in June 2026 to being recognised at the World Energy Supply Chain Awards in October 2026, one principle has remained at the heart of everything we do:
People drive progress.
This recognition is not the final destination. It is a milestone that motivates us to continue investing in talent, strengthening partnerships, and delivering workforce solutions that help shape the future of the energy industry.
As we look ahead, we remain focused on empowering people, supporting our clients, and creating lasting value across the global energy supply chain.
iPS Powerful People – Empowering a Better Tomorrow.
