Function description
At this moment, we are in search of a skilled Steward for a project in the USA. This role is designated for a specific project starting from the 26th of December to the 28th of January 2025. As a Steward on our Jack up vessel, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall well-being of the crew on board. This role involves a combination of housekeeping, catering, and general support services to ensure a comfortable living and working environment for all personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping:
- Clean and maintain living quarters, common areas, and facilities.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are organized and tidy.
- Catering:
- Organize meal schedules and ensure timely serving of meals.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen and dining areas.
- Crew Welfare:
- Address personal needs and concerns of crew members.
- Inventory Management:
- Requisition new supplies as needed and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety and Emergency Procedures:
- Familiarize oneself with vessel safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- US VISA TYPE B1 for travel or transit to OCS for wind activities: not OCS activity.
- HUET.
- Relevant Offshore certificates.
