Interview Martin Massimino

Profession: Jacking Engineer

Name: Martin Massimino

The story of Martin

When did you start?

Since the beginning of 2006, I became active in the Offshore Industry. During these years I learned a lot from the industry itself, from the companies I worked with, and how to improve myself every time.

When did you get in touch with iPS?

Since 2015 I started to work on different projects via iPS Powerful People as a hardworking and enthusiastic Jacking Engineer. The most challenging project was the Bligh Bank Phase II Project at the Belgium/Dutch North Sea. Another challenging project I also participated in was the ViV Tests, Vortex-Induced Vibrations test procedures at Raz Blanchard, Alderney Race. When I think about A project that gave me a lot of energy it was the Borkum Riffgrund II.

The support you get from a company is really important for me. iPS knows how to give the right support and they listen to what I have to say. Therefore I am fortunate about this collaboration with them on different projects through the years.

Our candidates

We mediate positions at every level of a company or project, from blue collar to white collar. We think it is very important that candidates feel that they are not employed ‘through iPS’, but rather ‘by iPS’. Candidates are willing to commit themselves to us, because iPS actively anticipates career perspectives and takes the needs of candidates into consideration. In addition, our payroll candidates are always paid on time, regardless of whether or not our client pays on time. In doing so, we create a privileged relationship with our candidates.
